Printable 30 Day Arm Challenge

Oh my goodness, have you guys seen this 30 Day Sleek Arms Challenge? It looks absolutely insane, but also kind of amazing. I mean, look at those arms in the picture, they’re like sculpted out of marble!

This is What We’re Dealing With

30 Day Sleek Arms ChallengeLet’s break this down. We’re starting with 10 push-ups, 20 arm circles, and 5 tricep dips. That seems doable, right? I mean, I can do 10 push-ups, and arm circles seem like a breeze. But then we add on 5 extra push-ups every day…and by day 30 we’re doing 60?! That’s madness!

The Tricep Dip Situation

And don’t even get me started on the tricep dips. I swear those are one of the hardest exercises known to man. You’re balancing on your arms, dipping your body down and back up again…it’s not something I look forward to. But, if it means having arms like the girl in the picture, maybe it’s worth it?

Tricep Dip struggleProgress is Progress

But even if we don’t end up with arms like a Greek goddess, we can at least make progress. And progress is something to be celebrated! I’m all about setting attainable goals, and I think this challenge definitely falls into that category. We might not be able to do 60 push-ups by day 30, but we’ll definitely be stronger than we were on day 1.

Progress is progressNo Pain, No Gain?

Of course, there’s always the question of whether it’s worth it. Is the pain (because let’s face it, we’re probably going to be sore) worth the gain (sleek arms)? I think that’s up to each individual person to decide. Maybe for some people the answer is yes, and for others it’s not. It’s all about finding what works for you and your body.

No pain, no gainFinal Thoughts

At the end of the day, I think this challenge could be a really fun way to switch up our workout routines. It’s always good to challenge ourselves and try new things. And who knows, maybe by the end of the 30 days we’ll be flexing those arms and feeling like a total badass.
