Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See Printable Book

Oh, what we have here? This is a picture of a beautiful brown bear. Look at those shades of brown on its fur! It seems like it’s cozily lying on the ground, somewhere in the woods. The title says, “Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?” Well, what does he see?

“I see a red bird looking at me.”

A red bird? Where is it? Hmm, I can’t seem to spot it in the picture. But I believe the brown bear sees it and it’s looking straight back at him. Maybe it’s perched on a tree branch or hovering above the bear’s head. Speaking of the bird, I wonder what it’s doing there with the bear. Are they friends or is the bird just passing through?

Brown bear in the woodsLooking at the image again, the green leaves around the bear and the blue sky peeking through the trees give off such a peaceful vibe. It must be a lovely day to be outside and being one with nature. What do you think?

“I see a yellow duck looking at me.”

A yellow duck? Now that’s an unexpected friend for a brown bear. The duck seems to be standing on a green grassy surface. I wonder if they are in a pond or a stream. I can’t help but think about the popular children’s song “Old MacDonald Had a Farm.” A brown bear and a yellow duck can’t be found in a typical farm, but in this book, it’s magical that they can be friends and hang out together. Diversity is beautiful!

“I see a blue horse looking at me.”

Wow, how stunning is this blue horse! It captures my attention right away with its vibrant blue shade. It must be a special type of horse, since I’ve never seen a blue horse before. It seems to be standing right beside the brown bear, and they both have big smiles on their faces. I’m glad they are happy together!

“I see a green frog looking at me.”

A green frog? Hey, now that’s another surprise friend for the brown bear! The frog is positioned in a way that makes me think he’s perched on something in the water. I hope the bear doesn’t try to catch him. Maybe the blue horse will discourage him from trying and they’ll all stay as friends.

“I see a purple cat looking at me.”

This purple cat looks very mischievous! It’s peeking at the bear behind that large green leaf. It’s most probably curious and wants to know what the bear is up to. I can almost see the look of curiosity on the cat’s face. What do you think?

“I see a white dog looking at me.”

The white dog looks like it’s having a lot of fun running around and playing. It’s surrounded by some flowers and is wagging its tail. I don’t think the bear is paying any attention to the dog though. It’s too busy taking in all the different sights and sounds of nature. It’s still great to see the dog having fun and enjoying the day!

“I see a black sheep looking at me.”

The black sheep is looking right at the brown bear and the expression on its face seems a bit different from the rest of the animals. It makes me wonder if it’s not too happy about the bear’s presence. Maybe it has some sheep duties to attend to and doesn’t have time to socialize. Still, it’s nice to see them all together, even with the black sheep’s grumpy face.

“I see a goldfish looking at me.”

The goldfish is chilling in its bowl, looking at the bear with its round eyes. I wonder what the bear is thinking about, looking at the goldfish. Maybe he’s imagining what it would be like to swim around and explore the underwater world that the goldfish knows so well. It’s really nice to include some aquatic life in the book, to show the diversity of animals we have in our world!

“I see a teacher looking at me.”

A teacher? This is an unexpected twist! What is a teacher doing in the woods with these animals? Maybe she’s there to teach them a new lesson about cooperation, friendship, and the beauty of our world. It’s also great to include a human character in the book, to remind us that we too, are part of nature and have a role to play in taking care of it.

That was such a fun and engaging book! I loved how it featured diverse animals that you wouldn’t normally see together, and how it incorporated a human character at the end. I also appreciated how the author used repetitive phrasing that children can easily catch on to. The illustrations are bright and colorful, and they bring the story to life. A great addition to any family’s library!
